Mentorship & Training

This is a 2-fold pillar:

PILLAR 1 provides hands-on mentorship and training for graduate engineers through participation in project design and construction supervision activities.

PILLAR 2 provides capacity building training for graduate and young engineers under the IBYE (Industry Bridging for Young Engineers) program which aims to bridge the academic skills with industry expectation for relevance and confidence.

The IBYE program is also tailored to accommodate construction diploma graduates.
