Assignment: Undertake Structural Integrity of the RC (Reinforced Concrete) wall as a safety measure following observation of defects by property owner. The assessment would provide data for land and development negotiations. Undertook NDT (Non Destructive Tests) investigations to obtain data for engineering analysis and evaluation on the walls integrity. The wall was assessed as non-integral and safety remedial recommendations were presented for consideration and adoption.

Assignment: Provide Structural & Civil Engineering services that covered design of structural systems, review and assessment of roof structure alternatives; sewer and stormwater management solutions;

Assignment: Undertake Structural Assessment of defects observed in the basement floors. Assessment included NDT (Non Destructive Tests) investigations; site and desk study evaluations of original designs; undertake engineering analysis to determine possible causes of defects, their impact on the building and making remedial recommendations for consideration and adoption.

Assignment: Provide Structural & Civil engineering consultancy services that cover consortium team engagements from initial conceptual stage to final design stage to implementation of construction. Structural design include reinforced concrete floor systems supported on masonry 'load bearing' walls, carrying out laboratory tests of masonry stones capacity; design of steel roof structure; design of road access and parking areas; design of stormwater and sewer management systems and construction supervision.

Assignment: Provide Structural & Civil Engineering consultancy services covering structural design of residence building, gate house, DSQ, boundary wall and civil works surrounding the access road and parking areas, the storm and sewer management systems. Construction supervision to completion to ensure quality control.

Assignment: Structural and Civil Engineering consultancy covering conceptual designs to final design stage for foundations, floor and timber roof structure; stormwater and sewer management designs; construction supervision ensuring approval of stable founding grounds. Project team interactions and engagements.

Assignment: appointed by Professional Consultants to undertake supervision of construction. Involved in the building Structural Design of foundations, suspended floors, basement floors, RC retaining walls, lift core and columns, steel roof structure; access road and parking levels. Construction supervision that involved approving founding grounds and value engineering recommendation for basement extension to align with ground investigation, as a cost efficiency measure.

Assignment appointed by Somers Engineering Lld: Structural (RC) design of foundations, suspended floors including the roof to support tanks, lift shaft and ancillary structures such as DSQ,, boundary walls, and landscaping structures that include masonry and RC retaining walls and steps; Civil engineering design of RC storm drain management system and pavement for road driveway and parking.
